"I had statefarm at Wally Shao while i was in Irvine. His agent made my insurance setup efficiently. I remembered i had a car issue on a weekend, and googled it myself for an hour only to get expensive solutions. Not sure what to do, so I reached out to Pamela Chen, obviously it was not her working hour. She replied my message immediately and gave me a better-then-expected solution, which avoided me to pay anything out of my pocket in the end. Very professional and friendly team that are lucky to have in orange county."

"During my last visit to Wally Shao' office, I mentioned my love for eating flaming hot, crunchy Cheetos with cream cheese, a snack I hold dear. To my surprise, at my next check-in, he presented a bag of flaming hot, crunchy Cheetos and single-serve Philadelphia cream cheese. This gesture showed me that he truly pays attention and cares. "Going through this agency was truly one of the worst experiences. We finalized on a premium quote after weeks of back and forth and AFTER I paid for the first month, they changed my quote to 1.5x of what we originally discussed due to a document being rejected. The worst part is that they did not even have the decency to inform me of this, I found out about this when I just happened to logged into my account. After this, I finally found the document they were looking after paying through my nose for it and that got rejected too! On the other hand, a friend that I referred submitted that same document and StateFarm honored it and these agents said it was out of their control. Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing, and made my car insurance experience so traumatic. No apologies from the head of the office and no regret for what they put me through. It is wasted time and money I will never get back."
